Bodybuilding, to me, is a mixture of art and science. I have learned that the body is amazing; it can be pushed to boundless limits. If the mind can believe it, the body will do it. It was wonderfully and fearfully made and created in God's image. When you hear one speak of a magnificent body, it is refer to the body of a Greek god. You cannot have a great physique without some sacrifice. You will find that these guys are diligent and discipline. They are attentive to their bodies' need from the type of workout to the type of food that they eat. I have a desire to learn more.
