A Workout Does the Body Good

Sometimes, I am in aw of how some people look.  What striking features.  There dedication and diligence in pursuit a masterpiece (The Body).  Pure and Natural. Strong and Powerful.  Hard and Tough, built to last.  Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work. (Aristole).  You do your best work if you do a job that makes you happy. (Bod Ross)  When your work speaks for itself, don't interrupt. (Henry J. Kaiser).  Well stated Henry, their work speaks for itself.
